Scope of Works: Furniture Supply & Installation
IGNIFI is an independent ideas and execution agency working across business-to-consumer and business-to-business sectors. Their services include specialist creative communication for brands and organizations immersed in health, active lifestyle and wellbeing.
Ben Johnson were appointed by IGNIFI to provide a furniture scheme that would complement their new HQ and brand identity.
The building is Grade II, National Heritage listed, therefore the layout requirements of the business had to work within the constraints of a fairly fixed floor plan.
Making suitable recommendations for furniture solutions that were functional, complimented the interior design and identity of the company, whilst working with a budget.
Ben Johnson provided IGNIFI with a rendered interior space plan displaying furniture, feature flooring and lighting, in addition to a visual presentation showing a variety of solutions which met the client’s desired look and feel. Higher spec / designer-led items were proposed for the client facing areas, such as the award winning Mastermind table and On Spot meeting chair, both by Sedus, balanced with functional products in the main office areas to make best use of the budget.
Key furniture samples were loaned to IGNIFI for their staff to trial. This helped them identify the right products, and provided reassurance on product quality and style.
Ben Johnson were enthusiastic about our project from day one and we quickly realised they would be IGNIFI’s partner to support us with the furniture requirements for our exciting relocation project.
We were impressed by the solutions proposed by Ben Johnson, in particular the Sedus products which are well made, look great and are a feature for the space.
The opportunity to borrow furniture samples was welcomed, allowing us to involve our staff with the decision-making process, get them on board with the project and most importantly test the proposed products.
