Sales Support Manager
What Diane does : Diane has been part of our Sales Support team since December 2008, assisting our Account Managers by answering queries and finding the most suitable solutions for the customer. Diane plays a crucial role in keeping our internal operations moving by maintaining and updating our main operating system, supporting and instructing colleagues, and training up all new starters in how to use our systems.
Diane’s expertise : Diane previously worked for a Debt Counselling Charity in Leeds processing fifteen million pounds every month before being promoted to Admin Team Leader. Whilst running the Debt Management Plan Team of nine staff Diane also managed the in-house systems testing, and wrote all SLAs and Procedure documents helping the company to achieve ISO accreditation.
Something you should know about Diane : As childhood sweethearts, Diane has been with her husband for over 20 years and they have two children. She likes to dabble in the kitchen and is well known for creating ‘something out of nothing’ from whatever she finds at the back of the cupboards.
