What Emma does : Emma provides office based administrative support to the fit-out team and Project Managers, sourcing quotes and ensuring that services and materials are ordered in-line with the programme. She is responsible for maintaining accurate records throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring invoices are processed promptly. She also collates documentation for site prior to project commencement and produces an Operation and Maintenance Manual for clients upon project completion.
Emma’s Expertise : Emma has 20 years’ experience working in the Housing sector dealing with repairs and maintenance, as Repairs Coordinator she was responsible for ensuring the delivery of a number of cyclical projects and responsive repairs to 16,000+ properties spread across Yorkshire, working with in-house teams and contractors, her duties included monitoring and reporting on budgets and performance against a number of KPI’s. She has also worked as part of a project team delivering multi-million pound rail infrastructure projects throughout the UK.
Something you should know about Emma : Away from work she enjoys reading, socialising and walking. She also enjoys crafting and carried out a course in soft furnishings which has resulted in an explosion of cushions at her weekend caravan.
