Ben Johnson Recruitment are committed to providing a high level of service to all our clients and candidates. If for some reason you are not happy with the service you have received from Ben Johnson Recruitment we would like you to let us know.

 

Complaints Procedure 

If your complaint concerns the service you have received from Ben Johnson Recruitment please contact either Alix Hobbs, Director on 07799 803244 or Gemma Stirrup, Director on 07956 888070. If you would rather register your complaint in writing, please email recruitment@benjohnson.co.uk

On receipt of your complaint we will:

  1. Acknowledge your complaint via email within 2 working days, letting you know who is dealing with your complaint and how to contact them directly.
  2. Record your complaint on our system where all information is kept confidential. For details of our GDPR policy, please click here
  3. Investigate your complaint by speaking to all staff involved. We will also review all notes and records available to us on our central system.
  4. Respond to you within one week of your complaint with a detailed response and suggestions of how to resolve the matter.

 

What next?

At this stage if you are still not satisfied, you can write to us again at recruitment@benjohnson.co.uk. Another Director will review all the notes and respond with an outcome within one week. We will write to you confirming our final decision and explain our reasons.
