This is a newly created opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join the business supporting the Senior Management Team. With a dotted line to the Directors this role will have the responsibility for varied administrative duties, and be able to work with autonomy.
Day to day duties will include, but not limited to:
Providing administrative support for meetings, such as agenda preparation, taking minutes and collating information packs. This will also require obtaining relevant information from other departments within the business.
This ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre and have proven competence and experience working as an administrator. Working closely with the Senior Management team requires high levels of confidentiality as some of the information will be of a sensitive nature, therefore discretion at all times is needed.
Skills and Attributes
Proficient in all MS Office programmes including: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Share Point. An enthusiastic attitude to and providing an excellent service to internal and external customers.
