BNY Mellon wanted to reconfigure their existing office space from two floors to one to allow one floor to be sub-let.
The construction work had to be undertaken within a working environment. This meant restricted access for the construction team with much of the work being undertaken over weekends or late night working during the week.
The project included the construction of a new reception and flexible meeting room suite, new business support areas including tea point areas and the reconfiguration of workstations involving the relocation of staff. All this was delivered on time, over an eight week period and to a high standard
