The Brief
Ben Johnson were appointed to manage the office move to Marshall Mills in Leeds. The client wanted a space that reflected the company ethos; a unique sense of freedom and innovation.
Genus Law had maximised their current space in serviced offices at Thorpe Park, and wanted to ensure space at the new offices was optimised – new furniture was required for all areas. The structural pillars at Marshall Mills proved tricky to plan around particularly in the open plan office and meeting rooms. The client was also on tight timescales.
