The Brief
Holiday provider Icelolly.com was looking to engage a fit-out and furniture company to help them deliver their call centre and office scheme for York Place, Leeds. A key concern was a high level of visual connection between spaces, whilst still retaining good acoustic performance throughout.
Furniture needed to be robust and modern with a long continuity of supply to ensure it was available as the business expanded. Meeting room furniture needed to be flexible to accommodate different styles of meetings, both external and internal. The project was time-critical due to an upcoming lease expiry and needed to be delivered in phases. Keeping costs low was also a high priority.
