Prestige Graphics is one of the UK’s largest independent brand management companies, with more than 30 years of FMCG and Retail graphics services experience, and provides a dynamic mix of innovation, quality and service supported by a dedicated team of experienced specialists in packaging design, artwork and reprographics.

Prestige Graphics began searching the market for a character building and Sunnybank Mills ticked all the boxes. However, these premises were still under development and Prestige had to be in quickly. Ben Johnson were therefore appointed to help with negotiations, liaising with the landlord’s contractor and architect to accommodate their requirements and avoid abortive costs where possible.

The Solution

Fit-out works were undertaken and completed while the rest of the mill was still being refurbished. Our works included bespoke partitions to accommodate the period features of the mill, kitchen installation, feature carpets and graphics.

When it came to furniture, our team worked closely with the client to develop a furniture scheme in keeping with their Head Office in Hong Kong. As a rapidly expanding organisation, Prestige were particularly interested in the desking system which had to be flexible enough to allow for significant future growth. In addition, employees work long hours so the client was keen to evaluate a range of task seating to ensure the best available solution within the budget was selected. Following a visit to the factory and showroom, a tour of the production facility, and trials of various items of furniture, the final solution is a full Elite scheme.

I was very impressed with the Ben Johnson team, particularly their help in negotiating with the landlord and his contractor and the care they took to help me match the furniture of our Hong Kong office. Nothing was too much trouble and they really helped manage what could have been a very stressful office move.
