The Brief
Originally an American company based in Denver, Swiftpage were acquired by Sage. As the company diversified in its products, Swiftpage became autonomous early 2013. They are the makers of the contact & customer management software Act!
Swiftpage had only 3 months to become fully operational in their new Newcastle office in Quorum Business Park and needed the interior scheme to mirror the design of the Denver office.
The office had to accommodate 75 staff immediately with scope to grow, together with a number of break-out meeting areas, a training room and a boardroom. The scheme also had to incorporate a kitchen facility, software maintenance areas and a creative area which encouraged innovation, free-thinking and strategising. All staff members had to be visible at all times meaning minimum use of restrictive partitioning was required creating an open plan working environment.
