TCC Assist organisations understand their FCA culture, conduct risk assessments and harness new technologies to help them manage their regulatory obligations.
TCC were keen to avoid costly alterations to the Cat A fit-out, particularly M&E, and due to the nature of their work were particularly concerned about levels of confidentiality in the main boardroom area. Strong branding was also an important element to incorporate into the design.
Designing to a budget, we supported TCC through a process of space planning, 3D visualisation and pilot furniture workstations. Boardroom and offices were positioned where they would cause minimum interference to the mechanical system. Confidentiality within these spaces was increased with the use of double-boarded solid partitions, incorporating sound blocker board within them. Sound transfer was further reduced with the use of horizontal quilt in the ceiling void.
Corporate branding was integrated into the scheme with feature carpets creating designated walkways, and the company logo applied to the office manifestation. Large scale graphics were also applied in the reception/waiting area and attention was paid to the tea point design to give the employees a comfortable space away from their desks.
