Having outgrown their previous office, IPN were struggling for space, with teams split between an overcrowded open plan office, and cellular offices. A key objective of the office redesign was to improve staff culture and wellbeing.
The existing storage solution was a concern, with wall mounted shelves used around the perimeter of the offices adding to the cluttered and overcrowded feel. Meeting the clients budget aspirations without compromising on quality and design was key.
During the design and development phases, IPN visited previous projects to meet clients and learn from their experiences, plus see the products in practice. ‘Statement’ Bespoke furniture was ordered for the reception, board room, and client meeting rooms.
The reception desk included back lit branding, creating a lasting first impression and set the tone for the rest of the office. Premium quality, Hands Flexible Transcend tables and Senator Rhapsody chairs were chosen for the boardroom, and a monochrome theme was delivered in the open plan office area with sleek acrylic desk screens, benches with black frames and white tops with contrasting edge.
