MEPC is a leading British-based property developer and landlord. The 22-acre, Wellington Place scheme in Leeds, is a modern, high-specification office space in an established, new Leeds urban quarter. It is the business location of choice for leading corporate organisations in Leeds.
We were to provide design proposals, budget costs and an indicative programme for the creation of the new MEPC office and their marketing/sales suite in 3 Wellington Place. The office was to provide work space for five employees and associated storage and equipment. The marketing/sales suite was to be used to primarily promote 3 Wellington Place and also to sell all vacant space and pre-let opportunities across the Estate and for networking and community functions. The suite was not to appear to be the Wellington Place security/estate office.
